英语写作是大多数学生在英语学习过程中最难的方面。许多学生在写作时不能准确运用所学的句型来表达。我认为如果教师在英语写作教学中能为学生提供互动和反馈的机会，提供一些可利用的写作资源，则有利于降低写作难度，有利于学生提高英语写作能力和运用语言的能力。
在本节写作课中，学生是主体。他们通过小组讨论、同学互评的形式交流意见、发表见解；同时，他们在讨论的过程中把一些重要的短语及单词记录下来，组织成句，为之后的写作做好充分的准备。而教师在整节课中，只是起到了引导辅助作用。帮助学生形成正确的思维方式，为可能出现的一些问题提供解答。针对这个班级的实际情况来看，取得效果还是不错的。
然而，从学生反馈的情况看，本节课有许多地方仍值得改进：
1.部分学生对重点把握不准。
从学生习作来看，该同学显然不明确本节课的重点应该是提供建议。其实有心的同学都已经发现，教师在这部分引导同学进行讨论时所花的时间是最多的。而其它的例如原因和症状基本都是相当简约的。显然，教师高估了学生的判断能力。所以教师在教学过程中应当以直截了当的形式明确重点，否则基础差的学生无法领会。
2.学生的迁移能力有待提高
基本上同学们都懂得解决问题的步骤：发现问题，分析问题，解决问题，但是碰到具体问题的时候，似乎他们都束手无策，不知道如何去应付。针对这一情况，教师应该将每一项内容都清晰地列出来，让学生有一幅框架图，宏观上对全文写作进行整体性把握。
3、作文的连贯性不够
段落与段落之间，句子与句子之间缺少一些过渡句和过渡词，读起来让人觉得比较生硬。
总之，高效课堂需要我们教师积极探索，大胆实践，以最大限度地发挥其优势。
